Hard Work!!!

I find two of the  biggest deterrents in eating healthy is first....it is so expensive and 2nd it is far less convenient!  Luckily it is summer so prices are down a bit.  So today we did our grocery shopping then spent hours washing everything to get it ready for the week!  We washed everything and tried to portion everything out so it would be easier to just grab and go!!!
